Driven by Joy, Passion and Nature

Paula Weiss, also known as P. Wyz, is a photographer and media artist, currently based in the S.F. Bay Area. She has been working as a photographer for over 10 years, and her clients include: creative and business professionals, individuals and families, organizations, business owners, real estate agents, publications and more.  She is grateful to use her camera in service for humanity, co-creating with others to promote their stories or businesses, or just to highlight their greatness. 

After graduating from high school in San Mateo, CA, she moved to New York City to serve a year as an Americorps volunteer.  Being surrounded by diverse cultures and stories inspired her to study Anthropology, Environmental Studies and Spanish at St. John's University in NYC.  Since graduating, she has travelled to Mexico, Jamaica and Israel to learn about culture and how to appreciate and honor it.  Recently, she has been working in the health and wellness, culinary arts and catering fields, and became a certified nutrition consultant in February of 2020.  In the future, she plans to expand her reach globally, building bridges between people with important stories to tell and people that want (or need) to hear them.
